Hello, I'm Charlotte Tibbs, the owner of TheArtofCERTibbs.
This is the first blog post I've written in years, I had a blog when I was about eight years old... around the time I first started sculpting with polymer clay. It would have been a blog about snails and paintings and whatever I did at that time.
I'm happy to start a new blog, it's an outlet I think I need. To express ideas, thoughts and whatever project I've currently got on the go that may interest some people.
